Introduction of Asia Pacific Group (APG)
I. Background and Objective
APG is the brain-child of the International Committee of the Institute. Established in early 1994, the Group aims at facilitating networking and sharing among members with regional HR responsibilities as well as promoting the quality, competence and standard of international HRM among IHRM members. APG has around 120 members who are HR practitioners in all levels like directors, managers and senior executives representing major regional and multinational companies with businesses in the Asia Pacific region.

III. Participation Criteria
